Divine Medlife Retails provides an optional business opportunity for all free of cost. It is accessible virtually by anyone interested in operating an independent business. The below-mentioned compensation plan gives the basis of calculation for the bonus, incentives and rewards.
How to Join?
There are no fees/cost/charges to start Divine Medlife Retails direct selling business. You can become a direct seller of Divine Medlife Retails by getting introduced by existing Direct Seller.
Principles of the Remuneration Plan BV (Business Volume)
There is Business Volume (BV) assigned to every product & services that Divine Medlife Retails offers. These BVs become the basis of all income calculations. For all incomes, we calculate BVs earned by you by selling Divine Medlife Retails products & services.
The Sales Incentives calculated on principle:”Higher the accumulated BV (Business Volume), more the Sales Incentives”. The basic principle in which Divine Medlife Retails Sales incentive structure works. Such a structure is beneficial to Direct Sellers as well as the company as it results in better sales. At high volume levels, the total accumulated BV of a Direct Seller depends significantly on the BV earned by the team.
Various kinds of incentives/incomes that can be earned by a direct seller
1. Retail Bonus (Up to 20%)
When you become Devine Medlife Direct Seller by signing up the direct seller agreement you are eligible to get the Retail bonus on our products and services. All the products and services will offer to you at a distributor price which is less up to 20% from the MRP. If you retail our products and services to customers, you earn handsome margins over your retails.
Example: You buy products worth Rs.20000 at distributor price the MRP on the products will be approx Rs. 25000 if you retail the products you earn Rs. 5000 as Retail Bonus.
2. Referral Bonus (10%)
divineretails.com is Divine Medlife Retails online e-commerce platform. Divine Medlife Retails provides world class products & services on divineretails.com through its direct sellers. Each product has a BV assigned to it. If you refer any direct seller and he buys any product and services, you will be entitled to earn 10% as a referral bonus on BV (Business Volume ) assigned to it.
Ram refer Shyam as a direct seller with devineretails.com and Shyam buys products worth BV 1000 as Ram referred Shyam the opportunity he entitled to get 100 CV (Commission Value) as referral Bonus. Each time this process happens every time Ram gets the CV (Commission Value). 1 CV equals to INR 1.
3. Group Sales Bonus (Up to 10%)
Your Group Sales Bonus depends on the BV accrued by you and your entire direct seller's team.
As a new direct seller, your focus will be on developing a base of retail and preferred customers. You’ll also focus on helping your team generate volume through sales. You will be compensated based on successfully building sales volume. The more your group generates sales, the more incentives your team generates as per the sales matching criteria.
Matching criteria is important for eligibility of Group Sales Bonus. Every matching eligible BVs accumulated will give you 10% CV (Commission Value).
Example: A particular product sales get you 1000 BVs. So, if you and your one direct seller sell One Product and another direct seller sells Ten Products, you get 1000 BVs under one direct seller and 10000 BVs under another direct seller.
Every 1000 eligible BV, 10 CV (Commission Volume) or INR 10 as a Group Volume Bonus generates, which means eligible 1000 BV generates 1000 BV x 10% = CV 100, i.e., INR 100 given as a Group Sales Bonus to eligible direct sellers (including you if eligible) immediately and balance 9000 BVs will be carried forward for next business cycle.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible you need to generate minimum 1000 BVs from your direct effort.
Eligible BV
In case, BVs accumulated under 1 direct seller are more than the BVs accumulated under another direct seller (Both should not be related), then the number of eligible BV are limited to the BVs accumulated under direct seller who has lesser BVs.
Matching Criteria
For your team to grow, you need to have minimum two direct sellers in your group who should not be part of the same team. You need to support both direct sellers in your team for a balanced equal growth. To ensure that you support your team and your sponsor is also supporting you wholeheartedly, we have implemented unique balancing criteria. To earn any CV (Commission Volumes), you need to develop both of your team's unrelated direct sellers in a balanced way.
Note: There is an upper ceiling of maximum of 90,000 CV as each business cycle from Group Sales Incentive. CV’s above 90000 will be flushed and will not be carried forward for next business cycle.
Club Bonuses
1. Ruby Club
Eligibility criteria: There should be minimum 5,000 BV sales equally balanced having minimum 1000 BVs each.
Incentive Earning Criteria: There should be equally balanced minimum 5,000 BV sales freshly done in a calendar month (other than the month in which eligibility is achieved) of Leaders BV Bonus Point Products.
Incentive:CV 2000 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.
2. Garnet Club
Eligibility criteria : There should be minimum 55,000 BV sales equally balanced having minimum 1000 BVs each.
Incentive Earning Criteria : There should be equally balanced minimum 10,000 BV sales freshly done in a calendar month (other than the month in which eligibility is achieved) of Leaders BV Bonus Point Products.
Incentive : CV 4,000 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.
3. Emerald Club
Eligibility criteria: There should be minimum 1,10,000 sales equally balanced having minimum 1000 BVs each.
Incentive Earning Criteria: There should be equally balanced minimum 20,000 sales freshly done in a calendar month (other than the month in which eligibility is achieved) of Leaders BV Bonus Point Products.
Incentive: CV. 6000 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.
4. Peridot Club
Eligibility criteria: There should be minimum 2,20,000 sales equally balanced having minimum 1000 BVs each.
Incentive Earning Criteria: There should be equally balanced minimum 30,000 sales freshly done in a calendar month (other than the month in which eligibility is achieved) of Leaders BV Bonus Point Products.
Incentive: CV. 10000 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.
5. Zircon Club
Eligibility criteria: There should be minimum 5,50,000 sales equally balanced having minimum 1000 BVs each.
Incentive Earning Criteria: There should be equally balanced minimum 45,000 sales freshly done in a calendar month (other than the month in which eligibility is achieved) of Leaders BV Bonus Point Products.
Incentive: CV. 15000 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.
6. Topaz Club
Eligibility criteria: There should be minimum 13,75,000 sales equally balanced having minimum 1000 BVs each.
Incentive Earning Criteria: There should be equally balanced minimum 60,000 sales freshly done in a calendar month (other than the month in which eligibility is achieved) of Leaders BV Bonus Point Products.
Incentive: CV. 25000 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.
7. Quartz Club
Eligibility criteria: There should be minimum 27,00,000 sales equally balanced having minimum 1000 BVs each.
Incentive Earning Criteria: There should be equally balanced minimum 1,50,000 sales freshly done in a calendar month (other than the month in which eligibility is achieved) of Leaders BV Bonus Point Products.
Incentive: CV 35000 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.
8. Pearl Club
Eligibility criteria: There should be minimum 55,00,000 sales equally balanced having minimum 1000 BVs each.
Incentive Earning Criteria: There should be equally balanced minimum 2,00,000 sales freshly done in a calendar month (other than the month in which eligibility is achieved) of Leaders BV Bonus Point Products.
Incentive: CV 45,000 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.
9. Coral Club
Eligibility criteria: There should be minimum 82,50,000 BV sales equally balanced having minimum 1000 BVs each.
Incentive Earning Criteria: There should be equally balanced minimum 2, 50,000 BV sales freshly done in a calendar month (other than the month in which eligibility is achieved) of Leaders BV Bonus Point Products.
Incentive: CV 50,000 will be earned as incentive on achieving the criteria.
Leaders BV Bonus Point Products: Divine Medlife sells multiple products. Some of the products carry Leaders BV Bonus Points and some do not generate Leaders BV Bonus Points. This is defined clearly on all products.
Only 1 Club income can be achieved. If you have earned and collected 1 Club income, you will not qualify for other Club incomes.
We encourage and recognize the efforts put in by our direct sellers. The one who are putting in more efforts and getting more sales are suitably rewarded by our Bonus Program.
10. Reward Program
1. Mobile (Up to 20000): Within 60 days of becoming a Direct Seller, if he/she sells 1,50,000 BV products carrying minimum 1000 BVs in equally balanced way,
Direct Seller will be rewarded by a Mobile.
2. Laptop (Up to 30000): Within 75 days of becoming a Direct Seller, if he/she sells 2,00,000 BV products carrying minimum 1000 BVs in equally balanced way,
Direct Seller shall be rewarded by a Laptop.
3. Bike/AC (Up to 40000): Within 100 days of becoming a Direct Seller, if he/she sells 6,00,000 BV products carrying minimum 1000 BVs in equally balanced way,
Direct Seller will be rewarded by a Bike/AC.
4. Maruti Alto K-10: Within 102 days of becoming a Direct Seller, if he/she sells 80,00,00 BV products carrying minimum 1000 BVs in equally balanced way, Direct
Seller will be rewarded by a Maruti Alto K-10.
5. Hyundai I-10: Within 120 days of becoming a Direct Seller, if he/she sells 20,00,000 BV products carrying minimum 1000 BVs in an equally balanced way, Direct
Seller will be rewarded by a Hyundai I-10.
6. Honda City: Within 180 days of becoming a Direct Seller, if he/she sells 40,00,000 BV products carrying minimum 1000 BVs in an equally balanced way, Direct
Seller will be rewarded by a Honda City.
7. Fortuner: Within 270 days of becoming a Direct Seller, if he/she sells 60,00,000 BV products carrying minimum 1000 BVs in an equally balanced way, Direct Seller
Will be rewarded by a Fortuner.
8. Mercedes/BMW/Audi: Within 365 days of becoming a Direct Seller, if he/she sells 80,00,000 BV products carrying minimum 1000 BVs in an equally balanced
Way, Direct Seller will be rewarded by a Mercedes/BMW/Audi.
* Only 1 Bonus Income can be achieved amongst above given. If you take any of the Bonuses you are not eligible for any other Bonus.
** Please note that the above are the amounts what you are eligible for. The Government of India stipulates certain statutory deductions on Sales Incentives payments, which will be deducted by the company before making a Sales Incentives Cheque/ ECS in your favor.
