Package includes the hotel accommodation for 2 adults & 2 children below the age of 8 years without extra bed on twin sharing basis in 12 months.

  • Domestic Holiday :- can be availed twice each time for 3 nights with Rs 1000/- meal credit
  • International Holiday:-can be availed once for 4 nights with all day breakfast.

Travel package is valid for maximum of 12 months from the date of Purchase. The journey must be completed before completion of 12 months from the date of Purchase. Date of purchase is the same as Date of Invoice.

No, you cannot book for 3 different packages in continuity. There should be a minimum gap of 15 days between the utilization of 2 different packages. Also you cannot send request for more than 1 package at a single time for processing. You can send your next booking request for processing only after you reach your home town back after availing the earlier package.

Maximum of two reservation requests can be clubbed together.

In case you have 2 or more packages on same name you can avail the benefits of 1 package at 1 time.

Step 1: Decide on 1 destination and 2 dates flexible with a gap of minimum 10 days in between.
Step 2: Submit request online/through post minimum 21 days prior to the 1st date of travel.
Step 3: Receive your confirmation of Hotel booking voucher.

We will try to secure your booking at the desired destination by giving flexibility of + or – 2 days from the desired two options given by you. The 2 desired dates should have a minimum gap of 10 days. The date shall be confirmed after your approval only.(For e.g.if you prefer Goa for 17th October or 27th October and if the rooms are not available on both the dates we will give you a confirmation for either 15th or 16th October or 18th or 19th October or 25th or 26th October or 28th or 29th October whichever available with your approval)

No, only one of the travelers needs to be a customer other can be a non-customer.

The travel privilege is only for the registered customer. It is a non-transferable package.

It is advised not to plan your trip before you receive your travel package because the request for confirmation of hotel booking must reach us minimum 21 days prior to the date of travel.

On receipt of Hotel Booking request along with duly required documents you will receive a confirmation message of receipt and If your booking is within the period of 15-20 days then your booking will be done within 7 days of receipt of voucher & you will be intimated about the destination booked and if is for later period then you will receive the confirmation 30 days prior to the check in date. You will receive the hotel name through SMS & E-mail both only 3 days prior to the check in date.

The hotels offered are deluxe category hotels where ever possible. The hotels offered are selected keeping in mind general taste and convenience of travelers.

General check in time at the hotel is 2.00 pm and check out time is 12.00 noon. It is up to the hotel to decide to provide you early check in or late check out if required. Service Provider shall not be responsible for the same.

In case of child age below 8 years. No Extra Charges (accommodation without extra bed shall be provided). For Adult/child above 8 yrs of age. Extra person charges are applicable as per hotel norms and are to be paid directly to concerned hotel.

Yes, there is an exclusion period for each destination.
Hill Stations and Pilgrims – 1st May to 30th June and 20th Dec to 5th Jan
Deserts, Beaches, National Parks and International Destinations – 1st Dec to 20th Jan.

Also right to avail the hotel booking for all category vouchers will be restricted for 2 days prior & 2 days afterwards of National Holidays and festivals. For eg.- Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, 2nd October, 15th August, 26th January etc.

No, you cannot club multiple package to avail more nights of hotel stay.

No, the hotel booking once confirmed cannot be cancelled.

Hotel booking once confirmed cannot be altered or modified. In case the customer does not utilize the booking no alternate option is offered.

If availing international travel package hotel accommodation along with breakfast at the hotel shall be provided.

Regret this is not permitted. Against a single voucher you are entitled for holiday at single. You cannot break room nights to avail stay at two different locations.

If in any case instead of 3 nights the customer wants to utilize less nights, no other facility from Company or hotel's end will be provided to the customer. He will not be authorized to utilize his pending nights later on or club these nights with any other category voucher.

No, you cannot club any two different kinds of packages.

There will not be any hidden charges or surprise cost payable by the customer.
